Future Point Wealth provides wealth management and investment advisory services based on robust market data and historical trends. However, all investments carry inherent risks, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance is never indicative of future results, and we cannot guarantee specific yields or returns on any investment portfolio.
All credit products and loan applications are strictly subject to comprehensive underwriting processes. Final approval, loan amounts, and interest rates are determined by assessing your credit score, debt-to-income ratio, employment history, and overall financial health. Future Point Wealth Finance reserves the right to deny applications that do not meet our institutional risk thresholds.
Fixed-rate loan agreements will maintain their established interest rate for the entire duration of the term. Variable-rate products are tied to specific market indices (e.g., the Prime Rate) and will fluctuate periodically as outlined in your specific contract, which may increase or decrease your required minimum monthly payment over time.
Future Point Wealth acts as a licensed broker or agent for various insurance carriers. Final approvals, coverage limits, premium calculations, and claim payouts are governed exclusively by the issuing carrier's master policy terms. Standard exclusions, deductibles, and waiting periods will apply as outlined in your policy documents.
While we strive for instant payment processing, settlement times may occasionally be delayed due to interbank clearing cycles, federal holidays, network outages, or mandatory anti-fraud holds. Future Point Wealth is not liable for late fees incurred at third-party institutions resulting from standard, documented processing delays.
Enrollment in a debt consolidation or settlement program requires strict adherence to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Missing a scheduled payment may immediately void negotiated settlement terms, reinstate original penalty interest rates, and result in creditors resuming aggressive collection actions.
All home and auto warranty claims must be authorized by Future Point Wealth prior to any physical repairs taking place. Reimbursements or direct payments require certified diagnostics from a pre-approved, licensed technician to ensure the mechanical failure falls within your specific contract's coverage limits.
Future Point Wealth operates on a principle of radical transparency. All applicable fees—including origination fees, management fees, late payment penalties, and wire transfer costs—are explicitly disclosed in writing prior to account creation or transaction execution. We do not impose hidden charges.
All proprietary algorithms, financial models, dashboard UI/UX designs, trademarks, and brand assets displayed on our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Future Point Wealth. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Point Wealth's total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall be strictly capped at the total amount of direct fees paid by you to Future Point Wealth in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or policy to ensure compliance with evolving federal regulations or to improve platform security. Clients will be provided with a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to any material changes affecting their active accounts, coverage, or fee structures.
